Becoming a published author / writer is a process involving a lot of pain and with small chances of ever being successful.

It truly is a case of many are called but few are chosen.

The world is littered with authors who want to be published, who produce a mountain of books, articles, features, news reports, even exclusives, all to be consigned to the great black hole of the “reject” pile.

And the excuses publishers give are sometimes truly staggering: “We love your book but we do not see a market for it.” Code for it isn’t a ghost writen pile of muck from some famous celebrity. .....

    I like the magazine idea. As long as I have the data to work out which author gets what then I think that is a real goer.
