Please refer to videos and additional information in the Writers section before contacting us. The Fraxion Payments plugin is so easy to use that if you contact us we will probably just talk you through what you would see if you did watch the videos (but we understand. Watching instruction videos can be annoying).

In the future we will have a ticketing system that will make contact with support staff much quicker and efficient. But this will have to do for now.
