And of course you watched the videos before contacting us. Fact is the Fraxion™ Plug-in is so easy to use that if you contact us we will probably just talk you through what you would see if you did watch the videos (but we understand. Watching “instruction” vidoes can be annoying).

In the future we mean to have a ticketing system set up that will make contact with support staff much quicker and efficient. But this will have to do for now.
